Anonymous Reporting Hotline

The Invictus High School System has engaged Lighthouse Services to provide an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline for all stakeholders of Invictus High School.  This includes parents, students, employees, and other community members.  The purpose of the service is to ensure that any community member wishing to submit a report anonymously can do so without the fear of retribution.

 

The school holds a no-retaliation policy for reporting made in good faith through the Lighthouse hotline or the school’s Employee Comments Form (which can be submitted anonymously, if preferred).  More information on this policy is included in the Employee Handbook.

 

Stakeholders are encouraged to use these services in cases where their anonymity is desired. Stakeholders may also document grievances with an individual campus director and employees may follow the employee grievance policy, also included in the employee handbook, for all reports or issues not requiring anonymity.

Please note that the information provided by you may be the basis of an internal and/or external investigation into the issue you are reporting, and your anonymity will be protected to the extent possible by law by Lighthouse. However, your identity may become known during the course of the investigation because of the information you have provided.   Reports are submitted by Lighthouse to an Invictus-employed designee for investigation according to our internal investigation protocol.

 

Lighthouse Services toll free number and other methods of reporting are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for use by reporting parties.
