What documents will you need to complete enrollment?

• You will be prompted to sign up for a SchoolMint account. This is where you'll submit your enrollment documentation and finalize your application.  To sign up you'll need:

  • An email address or mobile number

  • To Select a Password

  • After signing up, you will be able to begin a new application and submit the required documentation.

• Documents required for enrollment are:

  • State-issued identification (parent and/or student)

  • Student's birth certificate

  • Proof of address

  • Proof of income (students 18 and over)

  • Student's immunization record

  • Student's official transcripts

  • Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended
